AJIO is the worst app eve and involve in Fraudulent. I returned one item on May 2nd and one of its delivery partner so called 'Shadowfax' has picked it up and still It shows item was cancelled by customer and I haven't got my refund yet. I tried calling AJIO for help. They denied my request stating that they havent received my item. I called Shadowfax, I called the the delivery agent. He said he has picked up the item from me and he will ask his senior to update in system. Till I tried reaching out Shadowfax but no response. Its been one month I am waiting for my refund. Neither refund nor my item they are returning now. Never believe on AJIO and their fraud delivery partner Shadowfax.
