i recently ordered 6 products from ajio during the sale in which 2 of the products which cost around 1k was to be delivered today and at the noon when i open the app there is a message stating that your product delivery is unsuccessful and the return has been initiated, see like i have not even received the products and they cancelled on their own. so now when i go back the 2 products now cost around 1.5k this is not regarding the money but why do they do so when i try to reach out the customer care they mention its due to some logistics issue and this is not the first time so im facing this issue, They say nothing but sorry. Ajio and their delivery partners are the worst services i have ever seen.
