I ordered a heel from ajio but it didn't fit me well also the quality so decided to return and get refund. But it is has been more than 20 days i haven't got my refund yet. Also when I call customer care they doesn't respond and if they do they're always like give me reference id and ask me to mail my bank statement. So even if I do that they're like do it again and again.. Such a disgrace we live in... Scamming innocent money... And the fun part is in my ajio account they're showing refund initiative to directly refunded like really? Do buy from ajio such a shame and scamming apps u got...
