They're terrible. I ordered 3 items for a friend with a wrong pin code. They delivered 2 of them but kept saying they couldn't deliver the third coz of the pin code. They couldn't update the pin or cancel the product. As a customer, my only option is to wait for the 3rd failed delivery attempt for tje product to reach tje warehouse and tje refund to be processed. They can't do anything including communicating with their delivery partners. No process in place, no help, no options, no service. The customer service rep even said the friend should pick up the order from the pin code mentioned - as if a pin code is a mall or a temple. Terrible is the word
