I received a damaged product from Ajio, while returning this product the platform levied convenience fee of 43 rs which was so unfair and disappointing. Despite sending pictures of damaged product received, my complaint has not been resolved.
I have attached images of that product were the down part of tshirt is damaged and covered with white lines. When tried to resolve this issue with customer executive, they were so rude and without solving my issue they closed my complaint case. After this bad experience i will not order again from ajio and will also aware others in my circle about this fraud.
