Ajio customer service is of no use, they don't have anything in their hand. Recently I placed an order and I don't know how, noreturn coupon is applied in order... Which makes products non returnable. Now think about this fraud from Ajio... This is a clothing ecommerce plateform and they found a cunning way of making ordered product as non returnable. And even customer service team cant do anything in that... They even don't care how old customer is connected with Ajio and doing frequent shopping. It has become a fraud and not customer friendly plateform. So avoid shopping from Ajio if you want to save ur hard earned money...
