Worst experience with customer care. I got a saintg sandals which was bigger than my size so I wanted to exchange it first with a smaller size but to my astonishment the delivery boy refused to exchange it because there were no tags on the product. I realised that I received the product without tags and without AJIO poly bag. So after 3 attempts by the delivery I finally managed to put the product on return and also after contacting customer care many times and mailed them n times. Also uploaded pictures of the product without tags as it was received. The return was canceled many times by the app or customer care. I called them again to generate a return request but it was of no help. They lodged complaints many times but don’t intend to resolve it. All the onus is on me!! They simply couldn’t tell the delivery person to pick up the product without tags which was purely their fault. The product is still lying with me waiting to be picked up. Either they are selling fake products and fooling the customers or just don’t have any policy to resolve the complaints!!!
