Ajio is doing sheer nonsense on the part of delivering products whenever we order something we order it for an upcoming event and also take reasonable care if its not as per our liking and return it or exchange it we see that the tags are proper but still their delivery agent says that the returned package can't be scanned or he will give you a reason that the tags are misplaced when he himself sees that the tags are appropriate and somehow just find ways to cancel the exchange or refund making it a task for the customer to believe that the orders if not fit takes so much time for cancellation and exchange is also not on time when we address this to the ajio customer care they say they can't do anything about it and we remain helpless so either you warn your agents that they can't run like this and wave off their responsibility. ...bad experience really this is not expected from Ajio not satisfied at all really bad experience
