I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by AJIO. Here are the issues I faced:
Wrong Product Delivered: I received an incorrect product, and upon contacting customer support, I was asked to send an email with the complete product and cover images. Despite sending multiple emails, I received no response from AJIO customer service.
Missing Tag Issue: The product was delivered without a tag. When I attempted to exchange the item, the delivery agent refused to accept it due to the missing tag. If your policy does not allow exchanges without tags, why are products being sent without them in the first place?
Complaint Denied: When I requested AJIO customer care to register a complaint regarding the delivery of the wrong product and the missing tag issue, they refused to acknowledge my complaint.
This is unacceptable and a complete waste of time and money. The service has been extremely poor, and I am deeply dissatisfied.
I strongly urge AJIO to address this issue immediately. Until improvements are made, I cannot recommend purchasing from AJIO.
