I ordered 6 items on 14th December 2024, with delivery expected in 5-6 days max. First, they delayed the delivery and i waited patiently. Then on 25th December they themselves cancelled the order. On checking, they said the product had defect on quality check and so they cancelled. The refund did not come and they raised a complaint on 27th December for the same. Today 31st December and still refund not processed. By keeping the money of customers and torturing them, they are working like one of the fraud companies. Cannot believe this is a Reliance company!
