I ordered an item on 22nd December 2024, with delivery expected in 3-4 days max. First, they delayed the delivery and i waited patiently. Then on same day 22nd of December they themselves cancelled the order. On checking with the customer support , they said the product had defect on quality check and so they cancelled. The refund did not come and they raised a complaint after 5 days on 27th December for the same. Today 06th of January 2025 and still refund not processed. By keeping the money of customers and torturing them, they are working like one of the fraud companies.
