I had placed an order in AJIO which was marked delayed and postponed for four times. The courier seemed to have been held up at the local office for more than a week. Perhaps they never sent it or may they lost it. I do not know. But when I am asking to cancel the order and refund the amount they are saying that refund can be done only if product is returned to their original warehouse. How is customer responsible for their pathetic courier partners?. The strangest thing I have ever heard of. I wonder if they are intentionally scamming people
