I ordered 3 pairs of shoes from Ajio app and paid by card. They were delivered to me all dirty with stains all over them as if they were miserably used before being packed for me.l initiated a return but they charged me for the convenience fee. When I tried to contact their customer care, they kept disconnecting my call after asking me the details and put me on hold to check. Mr.Hemant supervisor answered my call and then disconnected again after asking me to be on hold.Is this the kind of business you'll do by cheating people? Is this how you'll send cheap low quality products, used ones and then charge us customers convience fee for no reason?
If you'll can't send quality products, don't charge us the convience fee, I want full refund.
