1.AJIO has the worst customer service ever ! 12 items out of 14 were cancelled by their end.
2.One of the items from my other order was not delivered but status has been wrongly changed saying it's delivered.
3.No response from the customer care.
4.Complaints are being closed without any resolution.
5.Call back option is just a joke to fool customers as they never call back.
6.They never stick to their timelines.
7.Disastrous shopping experience with AJIO and highly disappointed with their customer service !
