Terrible customer service. I have not received one product that was supposed to be delivered to me by 9th October 2020. Constantly sending them mails, trying to connect with customer support, but no response. Despite not having delivered the pending item, they are sending emails/messages telling all issues have been resolved. Raised an issue, made complaints. no one is to hear or respond or take any action. Will never ever purchase from Ajio Online Shopping. It was my first purchase from you; won't be back again. Keep fooling the customers and you won't have any soon.
