Arrived around 2pm for lunch and despite being very quiet, and having to ask 3 times, had to wait over 30 minutes for our drinks. In fact, our drinks came after our food. We had to ask for the table to be wiped as it was full of salt and marks from the previous occupants. We both ordered eggs benedict, all 4 eggs were hard, so they were sent back. When they arrived the 2nd time, the bacon which was present on the 1st order was missing, and the eggs were lukewarm. There were ample staff, but the service was abysmal. This is not a value place to eat, therefore I would expect the service to be A1 and it was anything but. The staff appeared too preoccupied in chatting with each other rather than concentrating on the paying customer.
