I don't know how they can call them selves customer services as they don't have a clue.
I rang 2 differant customer service s at aldi and was told the only way I can do anything is to drive 100 miles to speak to the shops manager REALLY!!! I am not letting this complaint drop,if that's what they are hoping ,not gonna happen ....Donna
