There was a incident at our local aldi store.
I emailed my complaint customer complaints line apologised and stated they would send me a gift card a month later I received it. It was to the value of $100 but there was nothing on it. I was told because it was a high value card & security reasons they would activate it. a week later I check balance.now saying invalid card. Aldi customer service is rotten & complaints line are liar's.They had no intention on honouring there word.
