Aldi stores are wonderful but the on line delivery service is not fit for purpose I ordered on 7/12/19 My parcel was taken to the wrong Yodel depot I was told it would be taken to the right one and then would be delivered to me This would take a further 2 days This never happened No attempt was ever made to deliver it
I e mailed Aldi customer services four times and at no time did i receive a reply When phoning yodel or Aldi I got nowhere either
Aldi should not promise a service that they cannot deliver especially at Christmas
