I bought a pair of shoes, and unfortunately, they have become damaged within just one month of use. I have tried reaching out to your customer service team Diera city Centre and they refused. Furthermore, I am disheartened to report that my claim for a refund or replacement has been refused. I have attached photos of the damaged shoes for your reference.
