I order a purse & a pair of earrings. When the loonies tune purse came to me it was damage with pinholes & the earrings was missing both stones.
I did my investigation & found out the products where shipped & packed by the Kitchener location in Fairview Park.
I just want to know why they would send damaged products out to customers.
Thank good the Mavis location so helpful & I was able to exchange my earrings there & then went to Square One to return my loonie tune bag.
