Spent an extra $49.08 to receive the product in 3-5 days from shipping - first tracking shows 7 days out in addition to being shipped FedEX who always delays another day or two. Contacted Aleko to explain i could have purchased from another retailer at the lower cost but went with them to get the item sooner. Since i would not be receiving it within the advertised time frame I asked for a rebate for the difference. Alex, customer service manager, was not willing to make any concessions. Don't bother paying extra to get it early to complete your project because it won't happen and you are out the money. As someone who handles procurement for a major company i should not have been so trusting. However you can be assured I will be sharing the information about this company with all of my work suppliers to make sure we never do business with Aleko again.
