The product itself seems to work well. The limits to extend and retract are easy to adjust and work great. Customer Service was easy to work with and very accommodating. Price was more than reasonable. I bought a 20’ x 10’ electric and now that it is set up I do not have any issues. The only issue I have are the instructions. I am a shade tree mechanic and am mechanically included but the instructions for me were not up to par.
