Aleko, is a wonderful company very easy to work with. They have wonderful customer service employees. I had a problem with my awning and it was under warranty and they replaced the part. I had to contact them as there was still a problem. They went ahead and are replacing the item, no charge and no problems. Katelyn, went above and beyond to help correct the problem and she was very professional, and she made sure she got me the answers I needed. I received the replacement motor and after getting it back up, it was still not right. Plus it has faded in a year. So, Katelyn resolved my problem with the tube and also the fabric issue.
