The product is fine, packaging and delivery were fine too. There are a couple issues with the instruction booklet. The drawing of component "P" on page 2 is so small it looks like it might be a dowel pin. Make the image of component "P" larger so to make it easier to identify in the bagged group of components. The factory set pitch was not the same on each arm. Had to adjust the pitch on one arm to make sure the extended awning is level. The instructions on the drawing (page 12) of the adjustment bracket are incomplete. There are two more bolts to loosen and tighten.
