Viktor at customer service was a great help. My kennel came damaged during shipment. I called them right away. They asked me to email pictures of my problems as I did the same day I received it. By the next day we had resolved the problem with terrific fast customer service. I currently own 6 - 5x5x4 8panel kennels due to the awesome price of these. They can be all connected together in any pattern. There are no holes in my backyard and can be removed easily when not in use. I am a woman in my 50s and had put them together on my own from start to finish. The height is perfect as my dog cannot get over the top. They are very well-made and I would buy again in the future.
