ALEKO has great customer service, I had gotten a 6 person tub, it is very spacious, and very easy to set up! We had some issues with our heater however talking with customer service (Rudy S) through email they helped resolve the issue very fast and were very pleasing to speak with. Delivery was fairly fast as well! Overall great company
