Very unpleasant experience! Ordered custom gate with this company and was giving 8 week lead time. Asked for an update several times from there sales team and was ignored all 3 times. Tried to cancel this order and all the sudden the gate was in manufacturing, but still over a month out from delivery. This is after a 2 month wait already. I run a business and now am going to have a custom gate sitting in my warehouse because I let my customer cancel do to this company’s negligence.
