My experience was alienating. I was promised a rod holder that was coming with the boat. My 6 attempts at CSsevice ended up with no resolve. A tracking number was privoded for the item which was never sent. Item is in stock. Upsetting. Irina and Customer Service Managers have refused the matter, and feel strongly about never making a big purchase here ever again.
