We ordered on 8/19...it said it shipped and didn't. Called today 8/27 and was told they didn't know what happened but they would try to ship today. Still no update on shipping and we had planned to go camping for Labor Day weekend. I will order from Amazon next time and won't make the mistake of ordering from Aleko again b
