Ever since we purchased our 12 x 10 awning we installed it my wife & I nice and easy & light weight. Years later we added support arms purchased another color fabric to give house another different look. We could not be happier with buying such a great product and I had a issue with my first fabric, customer service had a replacement for me in a week. Thanks, everyone
