Purchased a 13x10ft awning with the optional motor and it looks and works great. Price and quality are very good too. Only issue was with the included installation manual since it is horrible. Extremely small print, poorly written and useless. Found out many customers complained about the same issue. Was frustrated since I had to invest plenty of time searching and downloading a better manual from Aleko's website and even with that I had to search on youtube for videos that showed similar awning installations from other manufacturers. The motor also came with a miniature and useless manual that was really hard to read even with a magnifying glass and had extra parts that I never needed but were probably included for another awning and confused me for hours since they didn't fit anywhere. If you really want better customer reviews PLEASE INVEST ON IMPROVING YOUR INSTALLATION MANUALS and go the extra mile and CREATE YOUTUBE INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS.
