Ordered a sauna on 8/23 with stated shipping in 3-5 days. On 9/12 shipper tells me that they can only deliver if I have a forklift at home(!)...OK that's maybe no Aleko's fault, BUT ALEKO then asked me to organize local labor to open the crate on back of truck and deliver it piece by piece! I asked for delivery or a refund following which no replies to emails or phone messages so I handed it over to my credit card company and let them sort it out.
