Ordered a mortorized retractable awning, as stated by many others, the instructions are not very easy to follow and the video needs to have audio explaining what is going on, however the customer service has been great. We had a problem with the motor, called them and the gentleman was very helpful, decided that the motor was bad and shipped one out immediately!
