Received awning,..not complete!! Called Aleko, finally after 3 calls, sending pictures and speaking with many people ...we received missing parts!Apparently the error was due to the holiday but the last girl i spoke to apologized and made things happen ..thanks!! I ALSO HELPED SELL ANOTHER OF THE AWNING TO A FRIEND AFTER THEY SAW MINE!! Great fabric, instructions are very poor !!!I
