It just arrived via FedEx. One end of the box was WIDE OPEN so I have no idea if all the parts are present or if some fell out. I won’t be able to know this until I put it together. You wrap straps around the product/box. You need to strap it lengthwise also so the box is reinforced lengthemwise, so this doesn’t happen in the future.
So far, disappointed. Since I’ve never put one together I will not know what might be missing until it’s complete. Not likely to order anything from ALEKO in the future.
