Ordered barrel sauna roof shingles. Received email of shipping and day to arrive never showed up. Called and package still at FedEx with note too heavy. After numerous calls, I finally received 3 weeks later and packing was horrible. Box fell apart when carrying. And zero instructions. After opening there were no screws to attach shingles to roof and front trim wood as depicted in the installation video. No where on site does it say not included or even offer it as an install kit. Custom service people are very nice on the phone, just nothing gets done in a timely manner, and or things that are necessary are not included. Will never order anything from this company.
