Although I had a few problem with a bracket and arm, customer service was excellent and replacement parts were sent promptly. I have finished the install and need to do some minor tweaks. I manage to install the 13ft wide awning on my own, only needing help from a neighbor for final roller lift into place. My wife is short and is not stable on a ladder!! Would recommend this company.
