I made an order on their website for sauna.
The entire process with them took 3 weeks and from the beginning till the end i had to deal with so unprofessional and rude behavior!
Very poor and unprofessional customer service,very rude,the representative Brandi hang up the phone on me after i spend hours on hold with her!
I had to dispute the charge through my credit card because this company only wants money from you and nothing else! Total Scam!
