Don’t waste your time or money using this company, they obviously do not know how to package their products to protect them from damage during shipping and they do not keep the customer in the loop when a problem occurs. FedEx says it’s being returned to shipper because of “damaged during shipping” Aleko doesn’t have the decency to advise me of this, I have to get the information from Fedex.
Update; I just got off the phone with an Aleko rep and she couldn’t care less. Even though she sees where it’s being sent back to them, she says there’s nothing they can do until they receive the damaged product. What does that have to do with me? That’s between them and fedex. Horrible customer service among the other things listed above.
