The chat room guided me thru the process I needed in order to buy and install a sliding gate. They handed me off to the tech person because I had questions on the foundation.
My order had a glitch because of the shipping address not being same as billing address but the sales dept later explained what they were/ had to do. somewhat confusing but not a simple straightforward process. Took a while to get full explanation of how all the different departments work; but at least they are there to answer the questions. Now I just hope the product arrives as promised and the billing department doesn't add on any extra charges.
