I bought a Christmas tree that said it was in stock and available to ship, after 2 days it hadn’t shipped so I emailed support and they said they were out for the season and it would ship NEXT FALL when they got more in. My confirmation email said nothing about this and during those 2 business days, no one contacted me to tell me that. At least I was given a prompt refund.
