Ordered a motorized 12x10 Awning and had everything delivered except the motor part. I hired contractors and an electrician for the installation and they had to stop when they noticed that the motor was missing. I called Aleko and they did give me a $15 refund and told me I should receive the motor in 2 days and would email me a tracking number. As of right now I have not received a tracking number and worried they still haven't shipped it out yet. You would think they would overnight the shipping, but they didn't.
