What ever you do - keep searching for another company to buy what you need. I purchased a gate from this company and dual swing operator - after keeping the shipped gate in the shipping box for a year, we finally unpacked and installed the gate. The hardware for the mechanical installation / attachment of the actuators was either misplaced by my staff or was never shipped for the past 3 days we've been trying to purchase these parts from ALEKO. I've tried to speak to a salesperson several times, expecting to end-up buying these accessories, but I couldn't get one out of 4 salespersons to understand what parts i'm after; each time I was told that someone will call me back, but no one ever did. Finally I got a person from their so-called technical support team who easily understood what I needed, he placed me on hold promising in a minute a salesperson will write up an invoice and process my order; he never came back on the line and instead I got a girl that told me she's waiting for her warehouse to give her the price of the accessories and she will call me back to complete the order; she never called back. None of the people that answered the phone had any knowledge of the products they sell, much less any care whether the costumer is actually being served. When I asked several times to speak to a manager, I was told he/she are busy and unavailable. Aleko is a terrible company with the worse costumer service and if I were you I wouldn't purchase again anything from them.
