Our Company purchased a sauna through Aleko and it was delivered with the incorrect pieces - straight from the factory - no parts list, no instructions, no contact information. We then had to prove to Aleko that they did in fact ship the incorrect pieces (via many emails and photos) which took about two weeks. Then they shipped additional incorrect pieces again - at which point we had to ask for our money back...which they won't do until we prove again that they shipped MORE incorrect pieces!!! I would recommend you search else ware for a sauna supplier.
