I went online to this company to order an awning..went to the chat line and spoke w a lovely person, she recommended that I call to order as there was something funny happening on the website... so I did.. waited on the line for 50 minutes, from an out of town phone number... then messaged her back on the chat line to ask what was going on .. as noone is picking up the sales calls, and she recommended I hang up and leave my phone number and will be called back.. well that hasnt happened yet either... very very unhappy with this companies customer service... wonder if they will post an unfavourable review? Im still waiting for my call back... this company needs help.
