Terrible service. In March I purchases 2 Aleko kennels. I purchased them on Amazon because I could use my prime membership and I needed them fast, despite the fact it cost me more to buy them on Amazon. Both sets came seriously damaged and one of them missing all of the hardware. After about an hour of phone calls, holding for reps, and exchanging emails, I was finally assured it would be corrected.... several weeks later I received parts that didn't even go to my kennels. April 18th I reached out to Aleko again... another hour or so lost on phone calls and emails and I'm finally provided a tracking number for my parts on April 23th. I sent a follow up email on May 4th asking why shipping was taking so long... no response. So today, again, I call and hold on the line to be told they haven't even shipped yet. Seriously? I paid rush shipping in March and here I am in May... still waiting. It's a shame because the few undamaged pieces I did receive are great quality, and the reps are pleasant... but their quality control and general operating procedures are the worst I've dealt with.
