Phone and customer service is nonexistent. I tried to exchange an item and they want me to pay retail price for shipping instead of providing shipping label and deducting from the refund. That makes impossible to anyone to return anything as shipping will cost as much or more than the item bought while paying retail price for shipping. Business pay very little shipping if compared to regular retail price. Plus, before placing my order, I made sure I spoke to someone and asked about what items would be compatible with the gate opener I was buying. Ordered all items following sales person direction. Rack is not compatible with original rack that comes with the opener. I wont be able to use it, and I wont pay more for shipping than I paid for the rack to ship it back. I tried to contact them in several ways. No luck.
