Before placing my order on Aleko website I spoke on the chat with Levi. I asked him several questions about several items. After making sure with him all my itens were comparable I placed my order on May 2nd. My order was delivered on May 8th. 2 items were missing from my order. 2 Gate remote controls. I contacted Levi and he told me he was going to send the remotes. Days later I followed up and he told me the remotes were back ordered. I checked on the website and the remotes were not back ordered. I contacted Levi again, he said it was his mistake the remotes were not shipped out yet and actually the remotes were discontinued, not back ordered. He said he would send a different remote. I still dont have any confirmation of shipment. Also, I ordered a gate opener and a set of extra racks, all based on Levi information about items being able to function together. The extra racks I ordered cant be used with the racks that come with the gate opener. I tried to exchange the racks, but Aleko wants me to pay retail price for shipping instead of providing me a shipping label and deducting shipping cost from the refund. Retail shipping cost is $59 dollars (the cheapest I found) and the rack were $52 dollars plus tax. I told them that this is bad business and a way to make sure nobody returns them anything. I am willing to pay the shipping cost of they generate the label, with their system, with business shipping cost (about $10). They said if they generate the shipping label it is the same as them paying return shipping. I told them it is not the same as they can take the shipping cost out of the refund. I had paid someone to come install the gate opener and I was unable to get it done, but I still have to pay their minimum fee to come out.
