On May 14th I received the Aleko Drywall Sander I that I had ordered from GudCraftOnline.com and found the cardboard box badly damaged and the sander was damaged. I immedialtely emailed them describing the issue and attached 4 photos of the box and sander. On the 15th they asked if I was willing to keep the product for a partial refund. I responded that same day that I would if the refund was fair. I emailed them again on the 18th since I hadn't heard from them and on the 19th they emailed me asking what was and appropriate refund. I sent back saying I would except a 25% reduction of $20 to keep the sander. On the 20th I received an email from them thanking me for contacting them and please send some photos which I again sent the same 4 photos. On the 22nd I received an email saying that they would replace the sanding disks for me, where did this come from? That same day I sent them two e-mails regarding reviewing the whole complete issue and I have not heard anything from them again. I jerry rigged the drywall sander so I could finish my garage and gave up on the whole thing. I did have another issue with the sander as the extension that hold the vacuum hose keeps falling out. I originally ordered the sander on the Walmart website which sent it to the GudCraftOnLine.com website for the order. I will never order from them again or another Aleko Drywall Sander.
